Where do you ship, and how much does it cost?

We ship within New Zealand for a flat rate of $5 and internationally for $10. Orders are processed and shipped within 3 days of purchase. If you’re ordering internationally, shipping times may vary depending on location.

Do you take custom orders?

Yes! If you’re looking for something specific, we’re happy to create custom works. Whether it’s a certain size, style, or concept, let us know what you have in mind, and we’ll see what we can do.

I’m an artist—can I sell through NAGOSIAN?

We’re always open to working with new artists. If you’re interested in selling your work through Earl Orange, get in touch with us. Let us know what you create, and we can chat about how we might work together.

Do you offer framing?

Yes, we can organise framing for your artwork. If you’d like your piece framed, just contact us before or after purchase, and we’ll arrange the details, including cost and options available.

What’s your return policy?

If you're not completely happy with your order, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it. The artwork must be in its original condition. Get in touch with us, and we’ll help guide you through the return process.
